All EMW originals and prints are made to order and one of a kind, which means all sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email your order number and a photo of the issue to hello@erinmillerwray.com within one week of delivery. I’ll do my best to get the correct piece to you as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Transit?
My vendors and I always work our hardest to get your piece to you as safely as possible - but accidents happen! If your item was damaged in transit, please send images of the damaged package to hello@erinmillerwray.com and I'll will work to replace the item as soon as possible!
I LOVE making special made-to-order pieces for you. Because these process take time and sometimes several vendors, no item is guaranteed to arrive within the 3-4 week window.
