Originals & Prints
All EMW Originals and Prints are made to order and one-of-a-kind — which means all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within one week of delivery.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and I’ll do my best to send you the correct piece as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Transit
My vendors and I take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely — but sometimes accidents happen.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please send photos of the damaged packaging and item tos hello@erinmillerwray.com.
Once received, I’ll work to replace your item as soon as possible.
Bandana Returns
Bandanas may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify, items must be:
- 🧺 Unused
- 🚫 Unwashed
- 🎁 In their original condition and packaging
Returns showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
To start a return, email hello@erinmillerwray.com
with:
- Your order number
- Your reason for return
Once your return is approved, I’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
